Anti Date Rape Drinkware
There's a new company called DrinkSavvy that is creating straws, plastic cups, and glassware that change color if a drink has been drugged. There are test strips out there that do the same, but it's so awkward to do that and to be super-safe you'd have to do it repeatedly throughout the night. The fact that the straw or cup changes color is brilliant. So I get to take Photo this year in school ^-^ It was kind of touch and go there for a while because my counselor didn't tell us how much it costed >.< but the teacher found me a camera and is going to do what she can to find other ways for me to pay the lab fees. So expect some quality pictures from me finally sometime soon! It'll be nice to really learn what I'm doing. And we're going to develop our own pictures in the darkroom and everything. It's going to be awesome.
